4.1 Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in unused, original condition with packaging intact.
4.2 Process
- Request Return Authorization: Contact us at [email protected] with order details and reason for return.
- Ship Back Item: Once authorized, return items to the address provided. Customer is responsible for shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a specified time frame after we receive and inspect the returned product.
